Can I transfer subscription code to new device when old one down?
Surely we can help to transfer it to new device.
Just send 2 elements: user id on new device as showing below, activation code u get from us.
We will transfer it in 12 hours. The service is working on new device soon.

I’ve emailed twice about a very similar problem and not heard a peep
transfer was done.
I have emailed 7 times now to transfer my subscription to a new app and not had any feedback or contact!! Can someone respond!
